          - minister of Higher and secondary specialized education of Republic Uzbekistan,

          - was a rector of Tashkent state economic university and Tashkent institute of national economy.

          -Chairman of President Fund "Isteydod"("Talent")

          Has the Uzbekistan state awards and ranks:

          - An Order "Dustlik" ("Friendship") - for services on field of fortification a friendship between nations.

          - "Shuhrat" medal

          - a honourable rank "Merited figure of science of Republic Uzbekistan"
